At Broadway, we value our family and community. That means each member of our staff works hard to develop relationships within our Church, bringing everyone together.

Do you have a question for one of our staff? Want to get to know them a little bit better? Curious about events or regular connect groups? See how to get in touch with them below!

PASTOR SHANE STEWART

LEAD PASTOR

Contact: shane@broadwaychurch.ca

Pastor Shane loves God, loves people, and loves helping people discover all that God has available for them in Jesus. He enjoys a good cup of coffee, good music, and good soccer (specifically, the Seleçao — the Brazilian National Soccer Team). Besides being a lifelong student, he is also the loving husband of Vick-Lee, a missionary kid, and a runner who even enjoys running…sometimes.

With 31,102 verses in the Bible, it’s hard to have a single favourite verse — but it’s a great joy to keep on discovering all the good news that is available to us and found in Jesus. If you haven’t been to Broadway Church yet, he’s looking forward to meeting you!

PASTOR JANA MINDLE

What is your favorite part of your job?

Being able to spend so much time with young people of all ages, interests, and backgrounds. The most amazing thing is seeing what God does in their lives as they get to know Him, to watch them grow into amazing young people. I also love to see volunteers come alive by using their God given talents and abilities to affect change in young people’s lives.

What do you like to do during your time off?

When I have free time, I enjoy spending it with my husband Sean and our 2 daughters. We love to be outdoors almost any time of the year, whether snowboarding, biking, hiking, or whatever adventure we can find. I also enjoy funny movies, good books, and cooking/baking for friends and family.

What is one of your favorite Bible verses?

1 John 3:1a – See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!
