At Broadway Pentecostal Church we are all about loving God, loving others, and serving the world. Groups are an essential part of helping you connect with others, partner with the vision of the church, and grow in your walk with God. To do this, we focus on equipping leaders to use their God given passions and talents to form groups based on those passions whether it be a chosen topic, a hobby, or a desire to serve our community.
The purpose of the ministries/groups in the Broadway Family is to help you to build your relationship with Jesus and to develop relationships with other people. These ministries/groups are different from the Sunday experience and are the main way we become a family of believers. It is where we learn to support and encourage each other.
We weren’t created to live life alone – building relationships and doing life together is a key component to true spiritual growth. In a Group, people study God’s word, pray together and encourage one another through the issues and challenges of life.
OUR PRAYER LINE
Join our Prayer group at the church every Wednesday at 11am as we pray together for God to work in our lives, our church, our community, and our world. You can also call the church to have your request added to our Prayer Line.
THRIVE (WOMEN’S MINISTRY)
Thrive exists to encourage women to confidently put their trust in God, to be rooted in His Word and to flourish in all areas of life. Those who are planted in the house of the LORD Shall flourish in the courts of our God. Psalm 92:13
This is an active group that not only strives to have a closer relationship with Jesus but with other women as well. Some of their events include Saturday morning breakfasts, pool parties, bonfires, social nights and more. Contact the office to find out about the next upcoming event.
TRUE MEN • MENS MINISTRY
At TRUE MEN we have some great events throughout the year.
We have our TRUE MEN’S LIFE group that meets the second and fourth Tuesday of the month, men’s breakfasts, chilli cook off, SuperBowl party, sporting events & various other community events.
Our vision is to strengthen and encourage the men in our church and community equipping them to be role models for their families and the next generation. Through a variety of fellowship opportunities, studies, and events, we aim to create deeper relationships among the men in our community.
